Loss of connectivity in Belfast at a daily basis

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I am a pay as you go O2 user, and since last week, every day, from 11:00-16:00 approximately, there are signal problems in Belfast city center (BT1 4LS). I understand that this thing can happen, however it's been ongoing for several days and lasts several hours every day. It is becoming quite annoying that every day there is a mast problem here, as it says in the live coverage checker. Is there any particular reason this is happening in the same place every day for more than a week?

Thanks in advance

Vassilis

I guess so, this was written last week, but this week it's just ''phone mast not working''. I think 4G has already come to Belfast a few months ago if I am right. And if you walk up some streets the signal gets back..Dunno.

Peak usage times will overload the working masts, hence you experiencing drop outs during those hours.

Yeap I know that, the point is that I just wanted to know why this problem happens every day for so many days.

There is no other information that we can get access to, O2 don't give it out.
