Is this just a rebranding of refurbished?
Appeared today that I noticed.
Gives you the options of "perfect" & "almost perfect"
A great range of phones, for less. That's what you get with Like New. Our second hand phones are checked over and securely wiped, so you get a clean slate. If you change your mind, you'll get 14 days to return it just like a new phone.
Perfect phones look like they've hardly spent any time out of the box. They're like brand new phones, just not in their original box.
They won't have blemishes of any shape or size. We install the latest operating system and you'll get a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease.
Almost Perfect phones are nearly new, so are a little older but still in great shape.
They may have a bit of wear and tear, but we’ll make sure there are no scratches on the screen, no more than five blemishes and no chips bigger than 2mm. We install the latest operating system and you’ll get a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease.

Well it sounds ok in theory IF they have a range stocked in the stores so you can go and have a good look for yourself. Not sure I would trust something sent to me as Grade A (as it were) to find out when it arrives it was actually Grade C. It's like buying a used car over the internet without having the chance to go and check it out for yourself....?

I bought the Experia Tablet a few weeks ago that was advertised 'AS NEW'. It turned up in a single folded peice of cardboard with a single peice of bubble wrap around it. Upon opening it up, it had greasy fingerprints all over it. I suspect the 'refurb' process for this device was a factory reset. It looked like if had come straight from the previous buyer.

Hi @Anonymous,
Sorry to hear about that experience! Where was this advertised? On our site or another place?
