Leaving 02 from abroad

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, i am living in Lanzarote, i lost my phone & although i have paid insurance since 2004, 02 say it is'nt covered because i did'nt inform them i changed handsets 2 years ago. So i want to leave 02, i don't have an english phone, & it would cost a fortune calling on my spanish mobile, going by how long i had to wait to report the lost phone, is there a way that i can leave on line, my contract finished 4 years ago, how can i leave without phoning or writing?
