Tried to get a hold of o2 yesterday was on hold 2 hours tried again yesterday on hold for another hour tried again today on hold for an hour? Anyone else having a similar issue??

Just seen this and nope..
Took 5 minutes each time recently to get through to an agent but if you ring at peak times, you will join a queue...
The biggest problem I am afraid is the CS agents are mostly new and dont have a clue..

I'm a new customer of O2 and have been hanging on for over an hour to speak to someone ! Don't know how ##madasf1sh got an agent in 5 mins when O2 saying extremely busy and can take up to an hour !! Is there anyone on the phones today ..already regretting switching to 02

Quite easily I call 202 and say what I want and got through in 5 minutes @KPnuts
You would would be even more shocked at how long to takes to get through to an Enterprise Account manager, less than a minute...
