anyone else having problems with signal and 3g in portsmouth? phone has been losing 3g and when 3g comes back my phone signal goes. taken 10 mins to send an imessage this morning.

Yeah, I'm in the PO7 area and its down on 2 of my o2 phones!
@adamtemp64 that service status page is useless as its "refreshed hourly". So any issues since 9:30 (currently) won't be shown till 10.30am!

I have lost my O2 signal as well. I am in the PO9 area. I done a signal check and surprise surprise it said it was fine !!!

so if it is a recent issue and the automated system has missed it you need to log a fault with o2
