Hi everyone,
Recently, Leonard and I have noticed a few threads with suggestions of pages on the O2 site that could be improved in terms of the wording, phrasing, or the information that the pages show.
These include:
O2 wallet pages
O2 travel pages
Certain pages not loading, etc.
These are just a few areas of the site however and suggestions from anywhere on o2.co.uk are very welcome.
As you guys are the ones who have suggested that there are problems, here is your chance to let us know in one thread, so that we can easily collate impressions, pass them on and hopefully get them sorted for everyone.
If you have suggestions for an improvement, please include a link to the page, a description of its exact location, and also a suggestion of how it should be changed or re-worded.
So let us know. I look forward to seeing your views.
Toby

Regarding login issues. I used to be able to log in to the forums using Opera's 'wand', its password management system. For the past couple of weeks this has stopped working and Opera does not activate its 'wand' button. (see on www.opera.com if you want to find out how their wand works). Clearly some code has been changed on the forums in this area. I now have to login using keepass (seeing as I cannot remember complex passwords), which works but is a less instant process.
And Toby, thanks for your PM, I am still around but don't post much as I have few issues.

My stored password in firefox stopped working a couple of weeks ago.
Deleting and re-entering the password fixed the problem.

Thanks so much for that video, astroboy. I've forwarded it (and your comments) to the webteam.

I loved the Jumpy nav bar.
You had to play " press the mouse button at the right time "
lol
The new front end of the web site doesnt work at all correctly on the iphone. You can no longer strtech to zoom on it any more.
I also found it really strange at first on how it moved. Im used to it now, but i cant say im a massive fan just yet of it.

They are aware of those issues, but not being able to access your account in MyO2 is an problem with the account, and you'll need to contact them to fix that.
