Hello Everyone

As I am sitting here writing this message, I am absolutely fizzing.

I switched up my mobile on 22 August 25, and I sent my phone back to them through the Post Office (Royal Mail). They took about 3 weeks+ to send the packaging to me to return the phone (the phone was in pristine condition always in a case and tempered glass screen on)

When I received my first bill after returning the phone8 was charged for the new phone and the phone I sent back to them. I called and got a really arrogant so and so, who was trying to be a smart ****, needless to say after a heated discussion (which I'm glad they record), he informed me that they had the phone, but the checks had still to be done on it, and next a month's bill would reflect that

I just received Oct 25 bill and I am still being charged the previous phone bill, as well as the current one.

How long do checks on a phone take? This is absolutely disgraceful, they shouldn't advertise products if they can't inform the customers about the length of time it takes to process.

Anybody else in the same boat?

It should have been cleared by now. However your story is not unique which is why many of us advise customers do Switch Up in store were it is all done and dusted on the spot.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
