When I entered the site I was asked if I wanted to leave feedback. Clearly not - I hadn't even started.
Having found the site very difficult to navigate and not having found the simple piece of information I wanted, I decided to leave feedback. But I can't find anywhere to do it.
Not impressed.

How do you leave feedback for poor services?
Overcharged not given a refund - ive had to chase and complete the form myself after i was told by staff member they had done this!
A week later im still awaiting a refund and the manager cant be bothered to call me back Worst Customer services ever

Not on a 7 year thread that is how...
And as this is a customer to customer community, then no one can help with account issues, but it does take 14days for a refund to you...
