Hi @Anonymous

No not at all. If going abroad are you using O2 Travel...?

http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/using-your-phone-abroad

More info (if required) here..

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/using-phone-in-europe

Also if you don't want to use O2 travel the rates are here..http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad

Try and use WiFi where possible when accessing interenet...or using data etc..

If it's your first time going abroad it's worth calling CS to make sure your account is enabled.
If not and you've used phone abroad previously, there's no need.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Without wishing to appear to be prying, if you tell us where you're going on holiday we may be able to offer solutions that are better than using O2 in certain places.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I used TuGo when I was in the US last year and only had a problem if I had weak wifi.
