I have changed my top as you go similar to a monthly contract on Sunday.
Yesterday I spoke to an online guru and she had reassured me that who ever did it for me in store clearly saw me with a samsung galaxy s3 but up the iPhone system into my android phone. I am considering asking for my money back as clearly I am not getting what I paid for. Today is Tuesday and the internet still isn't working on my phone.
Can anyone solve this problem ASAP? I am having personal problems because the Internet on my phone is not working.
I have the £20 monthly contract for unlimited phone calls, texts and 1GB Internet.

What is it showing as in My O2? Does it show as an idata bolt on or standard bolt on?
If it's idata you need to speak to customer service on 202. Forget the online gurus, speak to customer service in person.
