I would think those questions are always going to be referred back to CS for security reasons.
Although they have on occasion been able to help with account issues so it should be possible.

I've got the pay and go with 500 texts, 75 minutes and 100MB. I decided to take the ALLROUNDERWEB and it has been activated. But now O2 said, that my 100MB are gone and I need to pay every day for using internet. But how can I use the ALLROUNDERWEB? I've paid already for it and it doesn't work now! Please help me! I don't want to pay again for using internet!

Either buy a data bolt on or just use free wifi where available

You have probably just had an automatic text notification that your old allowance has been removed, if the new one isn't yet active give O2 a ring or use web chat.

Customer service should be able to make sure it's active, it normally takes 24 hours but give them a call to see if they will do it manually for you.

How to find a link to chat with guru? I requested a new international favourites bold plan for 10 pounds a months wich had to be started on 17/11/12. But It actually started on 5/11/12 when I credited my account for 15 pounds. Now it's going to charge me again on 17/11/12 automatically, after 12 days. Can anybody direct me to account managers to resolve my billing cycle date?
