Great Service In Crawley Store!

Would just like to thank Jack! in the Crawley store! He was really helpful and really kind and made it all so easy to understand and didn’t leave us hanging around in the shop. He setup my new pay monthly contract and I couldn’t of been happier with the service. I had such an awful time on the phone trying to buy a new pay monthly phone and was on the phone for nearly 2 hours!! And got sent through to numerous people on the phone who all told me different things. So we decided to go into the shop to sort it out and will definitely be doing that in the future. Without the helpful instore  staff I wouldn't have got my phone so thank you Jack for your great service!
