I've been charged 5 times £19.95 by Google play on my o2 account. I've nothing linked to Google play. No bank, bank cards, PayPal or o2 account. There's no purchase history either but yet there's this charge on my bill. They want a correlation id which no one on o2 can help me with. Just sent a copy of statement. I'm going round in circles. Looks like I'm going to have to pay this. Has anyone had anything similar happen. Please help.

It has nothing to do with Google Pay.
You need to login to the Google Play store, and check for Purchases made, if you cant find any then you need to speak to Google as all o2 do is pass on the charges from them.
Google are the only ones who can help.

See photo attached. There's nothing in my purchases. I've been going round in circles with them since 7th April. They told me to get correlation id from o2. O2 don't have this. My account on Google doesn't show these purchases. But they show on my o2 account.

@Misskatkins You should check your Google Play account for purchases rather than Google Pay. Have you got in touch with O2 via social media?

@Misskatkins It sounds like your Google Play account has been hacked. Are you able to change your password? Do so immediately if you can.
