Just a quick question. As I'm sure everyone knows, GiffGaff uses the O2 network. How is it possible that people on GiffGaff can get unlimited web for £10 per month but no tariff on O2 offers this?

Giffgaffs business model relys on some people using not very much data to subsidise those that use lots. You may also notice that they are about to restructure their Goodybags and unlimited data will no longer be offered for £10 and tethering will not be allowed on that tariff either. Instead you will have to take the £12 tariff.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

GiffGaff was set up by O2 to offer an alternative without any frills like customer support, so it runs on a shoestring.
