I have a smartphone, which looks and acts like samsung 24, but is andriod and from China
It works really well, but one thing it refuses to do is turn OFF voicemail
I have spoke to the so called Gurus on 02 three time so far and they all say it will be switched off, but nothing happens
I cant tell them the make of the phone either so that confuses them, and meanwhile, because I am not allowed to have my phone at work, i keep haing to pay excessive charges to 02 to listen to my voicemails
I have called 1750/1760 even 1710 to turn on Call Alert, but nothng works, apart from leaving 02!
Any helpful advice guys?

If your on contract it comes from your monthly allowance of
Minutes.
If on payg it will cost 15p per call to listen to them.
Sounds like an interesting phone.
Any chance of uploading a picture ?

1760 is VM off unless as suggested you have Tugo installed which mean you can't turn off VM.
Are you contract or PAYG ?
