Frustrating or what!

I have never come across such an unreliable website as trying to get to my webmail on my pc.

There is always a problem - "fix the connection problem or try again later"! Eventually it will work without me making any changes so it must be O2's end. Never had the problem with BT!!!

May I suggest GMail as a more viable alternative that actually works

I've just written a long important email and as soon as I pressed 'send', had a horrible feeling the horrible 'the site is not available' message would appear!!!!! (and it did)!!! Have we to always write emails beforehand in word when using O2 webmail?  Can the technical team not advise 'customers' not to use before we all lose emails to cyber space!!!

O2 Webmail and the whole O2 web site times out without warning so long emails are not a good idea unless you write them elsewhere and paste them in.

This won't happen with Gmail.

It does seem to be running on pre-millennium technology.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told

Whereas most web sites will log you out with a period of inactivity, the O2 site logs you out while you are still using it and the time period varies.

During the day it's very often but in the evening when it's quiet you can stay logged in for hours, so it's not consistent.
