Free Google Watch with Pixel 9

Hi,

On 20th October I purchased a Pixel 9. It said that it came with a free watch, which I had to claim separately. 

I have now gone to claim it because the 14 days have passed but the option is not available on the claim site.

And O2 have still got the offer on the website.

Has anyone got any advice on what i may be doing wrong?
