Faulty signal

Been with O2 for years and the signal has progressively gotten worse. Especially so lately. Done all recommended fixes and nothing has improved. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm indoors, outdoors, near a mast or in the middle of nowhere. It's becoming infuriating. I can't run my business properly because of this. The signal isn't even logging at the moment. Even with a full signal icon, it doesn't hold a signal well enough to call or text.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Can you be more specific on what this means?

"Even with a full signal icon, it doesn't hold a signal" sounds a tad contradictory - is your phone dropping coverage when other are OK? Or dropping calls when coverage is still displayed?
