So I’ve had a nightmare with o2 and customer services were not getting at all. So as a last resort I went to my local store (Manchester arndale/central) and they actually listened to my and helped to get a plan in place to resolve it.
They arranged for the network team to investigate and look into my issues, and to my joy, the network team gave me a call back this morning. This is more progress than I’ve had from 3 weeks of calling customer services and talking to the social media team!
