Is anyone else finding O2 Business Customer services appalling over the past few weeks.

I have only spoken to our account manager and the Enterprise Team and all has been as it usually is,,.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
