Ending Contract

I received an e-mail from Virgin Media advising me of changes to their out of home wi-fi service and pricing terms.

Within this e-mail it advised under “what are my options now” that I could cancel my O2 sim without paying any early cancellation fees.

I called customer services to arrange for my contract to be cancelled without charge and they are unable to help.

Can you please put me in touch with someone who is able to discuss this and help me?

Regards

Bharat

@Chimpy

You need to do it through Virgin.

Details on the communication you received.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks MI5,

I spoke to Virgin Media initially and they directed me to O2.

@Chimpy

Standard for Virgin unfortunately.

You could try posting on the Virgin forum to see if you can get help from an advisor there.
