I have tried going to market preferences on your unsubscribe button and it keeps prompting for OTP which I pass but on the preferences window there is nothing to allow me to disable this. Can you disable all marketing contacts?

This can be done from your MyO2 App, @Market - which may prompt you for an OTP when you navigate down to the actual screen - if you have trouble with the app, https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin will get you into your MyO2 via a browser.
Failing that, follow @Bambino's advice above to contact O2 and either fix your MyO2 access or to make the changes in your MyO2 Preferences for you.
