Help please my husband broke his phone so he can’t see anything on his screen so I ordered a new phone for him. Got a knock on the door from DPD guy asking me for a pin?!  The pin has been sent to his phone by text but I can’t see it is there anyway that it can be sent by email which is on my O2 account?  Tganks

You could put his SIM into your phone to pick up the code.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@SueFBri

It is usually also sent by email so check in your junk folder.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Tried both. You’d think I’d get email as they have sent everything else by email
