Disney plus for existing customers?

Hi just wondering why existing customers haven’t been given 6 months Disney Plus for free and it’s just new and upgrading customers. Surely during this time existing customers should be rewarded too..

You can upgrade to get it it if eligible.

Thanks for your replies. I get why they are doing it, but just find it frustrating when existing customers are never rewarded by companies
