Ordered phone 10/06, delivery made by dpd 11/06. The delivery driver wanted a code which I hadn't received as my sim had been disabled. He took the phone away. Since then, all appeals to O2 for redelivery and now cancellation of the order as I wish to take my business elsewhere have failed. I have been promised phonecalls which either have not happened or were not helpful. My local store tried to step in and help and they also got nowhere. Customer services is a joke. They claim the phone has not been received back and until then, they won't cancel. DPD claim was returned 14/6, no way have they not got it back.

Has this been resolved as yet @GTS ? Have you heard further about it ?
If you have not, you need to contact O2 again. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help. .
