Pre ordered my iPhone 5 as a direct upgrade with O2 thinking I would be one of the first to get the iPhone 5, paid upfront, still waiting for the phone.
Everyone else has got theirs and I could have got one from a shop by now or from other network providers.
Disappointed, will never pre order again with O2, and at the end of my 24 month new contract, I will be looking at another network provider to get the iPhone 5s.
Sorry O2, you've just lost another loyal customer, don't know why I'm apologising for this, it should be O2 apologising.

Ordered 2 iPhones from O2 on 17th Sept. Nothing so far, no communication at all.
I phoned today to ask about my order that's "in progress". They had no idea when to expect delivery or even where it is.
They did say they had outsourced orders to CarPhone Warehouse due to high demand.
Not expecting mine for a while, despite them taking the money straight away.

02 are a complete joke! And their retail staff need to get on the special yellow bus to special school with their paints and crayons where they can sit at the back and lick the windows. I have been promised the iPhone 5 which I have paid for by no less than 4 members of staff, all of which have basically lied about stock levels, and when stock is due to arrive. Yet they are very keen to take your money. Customer service and customer liaison is very poor... To put it nicely. My friend who is on Vodafone received his iPhone 5 on launch day! Cancelling my contract in the morning... Vodafone here I come. Pull your finger out 02. Complete waste of time. What a joke.

02 in the Trafford Centre, Manchester have a few 64gb Black iPhone 5's in stock!! Get in touch with them and get one shipped to you! 02 have made a right mess of this. What a joke!
