Pre ordered my iPhone 5 as a direct upgrade with O2 thinking I would be one of the first to get the iPhone 5, paid upfront, still waiting for the phone.
Everyone else has got theirs and I could have got one from a shop by now or from other network providers.
Disappointed, will never pre order again with O2, and at the end of my 24 month new contract, I will be looking at another network provider to get the iPhone 5s.
Sorry O2, you've just lost another loyal customer, don't know why I'm apologising for this, it should be O2 apologising.

With all the money O2 are holding onto with their pre-orders, I'm sure they can throw a bob or two your way Liquid, still think your on their payroll though HaHa.

@jmedzy : I believe employees posting on here in an unofficial capacity must show in their sig. that they are employed by O2.

I've tried calling O2 twice now this afternoon to speak to their complaints department. As this isn't an option on their automated system I chose to go through to 'I am thinking about leaving' option, 1st attempt I wlosing a queue for 45 mins before giving up, the 2nd time got the message that they were too busy and to try again later. I guess there are quite a lot of unhappy O2 customers out there right now!
i've also tried calling Brett from DPD who promised to call me this morning but didn't. The direct dial number he gave me is constantly engaged. Why is it so difficult to actually talk to anyone these days?
