My tariff finished in October 21 so I just have a 30 day rolling one but my device plan doesn't finish till next year. Would I be able to take a new tariff with a different network provider and still continue to pay my device plan monthly to 02 till it finishes?

I'm assuming your tariff and device plan automatically delinked after 24 months?
If so, yes you can.
