From what I understand it's for bolt ons purchased seperately from your allowance.

I interpret that as new contracts but data rollover is only when you purchase a seperate bolt on. Normal allowance won't roll over and will always reset to your usual allowance each month.

I thought data was starting to roll over up to a max 12 gig now?, 1 of my pay monthly phone's just reset to new month today but no rollover of the data??
I'm afraid you have misunderstood.

So only people who buy extra dagta bolt on's will benefit whilst the majority of other wont see sny benefit at all. Great, thanks for not much. Whats really needed is for all data to roll over isnt it.

Yes it would be better for all customers. Some months I struggle to use a quarter of my data but other months an extra gb would be helpful....after all I have paid for so much unused data in previous months...
