Always one bad apple (excuse the pun) to ruin the reputation of the preffered courier for may community members.

How do you two interpret the video then?

Just looks like the guy has got out of his van and got back in after realising he's in the wrong place.....Don't know

The actual footage shows nothing.

How do you account for the fact that the customer states the phone was then shown as delivered to a neighbour?

Maybe a neighbour up the street, dunno mate but the film alone is not proof of the driver stealing the phone.

The CCTV footage is very choppy. It really is inconclusive. If the customer was in the house and saw the delivery guy, why didn't he open his door and say something when he started to walk away? Something just doesn't sit right with this.

I guess we'll have to wait for the outcome of the investigation by DPD.

Yes, some of us are seeing it differently, and we could go back and forth forever. I hope there's a follow up to the story.

Yes, interesting how the same thing can be interpreted in different ways.
It's mentioned on a few news sites so I'm sure one of them will follow it up.

Hmm tbh I'm not convinced either. But I'm ready to be proven wrong.

DPD have always been my preferred courier add I can track the driver, in fact my local DPD driver is really friendly and now knows me.

Anyhoo I'd like to see a follow up too, see who's right lol!
