My account was hacked and an iPhone 15 was ordered as an upgrade. Received a call from fake O2 team and advised wrong phone was ordered, so they arranged a fake courier to collect the iPhone 15. Contacted O2 and reported fraud which they accepted. The fraud was reported to the fraud team on 1st of Nov. 2023 and was told they would be in contact after 30 days. It’s now 13th of December and haven’t heard anything from them. Can someone help or advise me pls. O2 also owe me money too related to the monthly charge of the iPhone 15. HELP!

The fraud team's investigation might be far larger than you are imagining, as there could be dozens or even hundreds of fraudulent actions perpetrated by those who defrauded you. Criminal law and the money laundering regulations prevent the fraud team from updating you until their investigation is completed and any subsequent legal action reaches an appropriate stage.
If you search his forum you will find links to several national newspaper articles and to a television programme which looked at scammers who impersonate O2. Whilst clearly of no comfort to you personally, watching that programme and reading the articles will at least help you to understand why an O2 fraud investigation might take far longer than initially anticipated. I guess that the relevant links were posted a couple of months ago.
