DHL are useless. I wish O2 would choose someone else.

I ordered a portable speaker from o2 and it didn’t come on the day scheduled and has now been delivered to an entirely different address in another town all together. Appalling from DHL and o2 need to seriously choose another company. Has anyone else had issues with that useless pathetic company?

I can honestly say across all the things I have delivered for work etc not had a problem with DHL,(and DPD or UPS for that matter). 

Sometimes its just bad luck sorry to say, and mistakes do happen..

I've had problems with all of them.

I had a delivery from DHL whereby the driver turned up at the correct time. parked outside, lit a cigarette and then drove merrily on his way without leaving the parcel.

On the website it stated the driver couldn't find the address!

Needless to say that the driver the next day didn't have the same difficulty

At least they don't use Evri, their customer service is awful and their delivery drivers are worse than useless 95% of the time IMO.
