Absolutely useless, how can O2 use them? I got a text from O2 yesterday morning telling me my handset would be delivered yesterday. The delivery hours are 7:30am - 9:00pm. I took the day off and waited all day from 7am-10pm and nobody showed. The useless online tracker shows 'Consignee Cannot Be Reached' despite me waiting in all day nobody showed. I phoned up the courier today and they said that the driver could probably not find my address even though I live in the centre of Edinburgh on a main road. I was then told by someone else that his car might of broken down. Mad is not the word. They better show today after me taking another day off work. Anyone else had similar problems with these jokers?
i ordered same iphone 4s 32gb 17 days ago, 2 orders have already been lost by yodel, now on my third delivery, i agree royal mail special delivery is by far the best service, we use this at my workplace & have had never had a problem,
