This actually looks quite cool, by VMo2 and hope it is deployed into Live, but do we really want o2 to be intercepting calls

If all the AI is doing is intercepting reported scam numbers, then yes it's a good idea. No doubt the scammers will find ways to detect they're talking to AI. They always seem to be one step ahead of the game, so the AI is going to have to keep adapting as it develops. Hopefully it can do that.

What we now need is an AI program that detects when Customer Service Agents are lying  through their back teeth.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

"AI is going to have to keep adapting" - I think, in much SF, this is an area in which AI will excel...
