It saddens me, I couldn't find where there is an official place to register my appreciation of excellence in customer service. O2 employees who engage face to face with customers every day regularly endure aggression, threats, and impoliteness. Despite this, they must maintain their composure for they represent the company. Well Ben, who works at the Cwmbran store, is one such stalwart. A SIM issue that had perplexed me for a week he solved in less than 5 minutes. With a gentle, reassuring manner he identified the exact issue, fixed it, and with a sweet smile, sent me on my way contented. Well done Ben, you are a star!
