Customer services are terrible

Customer services decided to give me a new name and put it thou a credit credit didn’t noticed until sim arrived I thought she’s made a mistake but no she even made me 2 email address with the name she made up that’s Breaking the law

I think the best option is to call them at 8.30am as it sounds like a 'trusted' partner deal. Is it showing as a business account?

Don't worry or stress over it Lorna. Call customer service at 8.30 in the morning and they will put things right. Please don't use the live chat service.
