Hey all! So today I’ve spent 1hr in a local store and on the phone twice with different customer service agents trying to add a direct debit. I was getting nowhere till 5.30pm tonight I rang up and spoke to a lovely man called Lwanda who spent a good 30 minutes with me and doing everything he could and didn’t give up but he was going to raise the issue as he couldn’t get it to work. 15 minutes later he rings me and tells me he didn’t give up and he’s done it! Thank you so much!!

He went beyond the extra mile today!!
