My SIM has suddenly stopped working. I have tried to contact customer service, but they have been totally useless.
I have used a number of mobile phone services - Vodafone in the UK, Portugal, New Zealand and Australia, O2 in the UK, TMN in Portugal, and Telstra in Australia. If you want a decent level of customer service, I strongly recommend using Vodafone, instead of a lesser service, like O2, with their absolutely rubbish customer service.

This is a customer forum. There is no one here from technical support. How is anyone supposed to contact you if you don't have a contact number? Why are you so certain it's a software problem? Walk into an O2 store and get a new sim to eliminate that possible fault. How difficult is that?
