O2 £100 M & S vouchers

I subscribed to O2's 12 month 1/2 price with £100 M & S voucher in April, as advertised in the Metro.  6 months down the line, after 4 phone calls and promises of this being sorted, I'm getting really angry now, as I feel that I'm just being fobbed off.  I'm considering contacting the advertising standards agency, as I've really had enough.  Has anyone else had similar problems.

You can either email them or fill in the complaint form to make it official as your not getting a result by phoning them
