O2 have to outsource all their IT to Lithium and it's my guess that O2 are small fry for them to bother about
It seems to me that it would be such a simple fix to get rid of the pop up altogether
Who would actually take time out of their day to take such a stupid survey
I would love to know what kind of statistics we are talking here

Hey folks,
I know this doesn't really answer any of your questions, however this is still a work in progress and unfortunately we're unable to completely remove the pop up.
This is something i'm highly aware of as the pop up also makes an appearance on my screen‼️

How an IT department of one of the biggest telecommunications companies in the world is unable to correct an error on their own community website for nearly a year (or is it longer now?) is truly a mystery to me.
I'm resigned to the popup never being removed and staying there forever.

As much as the PopUp annoys me, it isn't o2's IT Department who need to fix it, I have a feeling it is something Lithium need to to fix on their back end to be able to disable... no doubt a dev put in an Enable button but then failed to put in a disable button..
Developers are the root cause of all evil...

@madasaf1sh Who employs Lithium? Wouldn't that be the O2 IT department? If the fix is as simple as putting in a disable button as you suggest, on a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the incompetence of that?

Actually it wont be IT who employ them it will be either Customer Operations or Marketing and I doubt IT have anything to do with it, apart from setting some DNS and email config, that will be it...
But Lithium arent know as the most responsive of companies, every change the make breaks something.
