Just been on O2 chat re an upgrade and ended up connected to a person who says they from Concentrix CVG Intelligent Contact Limited acting for O2 made me suspicious under present climate of scams & fraud and computer systems hacking, they asking for personal details again and again during chat, gave my email and mobile number but not prepared to give anything else, can’t find any detail refers this company connected to O2? Anyone any detail on this company acting for O2.

I can't see any connection to O2 so I'm not sure just how they accessed O2 chat

I would be very suspicious of this chat too

Everything I have read on the net isn't good
