Hi guys
Just tried to sign-in with usual info but would not accept password so had to reset it.
Then accepted new one and told me to use that in future - all that on My02 before accessing forum
Anyone else had the same problem?

Only a quick message to say that thanks to the advice and support I received from the Community, and the case being taken up by @Marjo , as said the issue has been resolved.
Added to this, I received a nice surprise this morning when I viewed by forthcoming O2 bill, I have been compensated for the inconvenience and experience. Thanks guys for all your support.
This was most unexpected and a nice "present" for my one month with the 02, and the anniversary tomorrow of one month as a member of this brilliant Community.

I can't tell you @pgn how many times I want to respond to a post, enter the forum through an email notification, do a long reply/comment totally forgetting that sign in loop. And having then to sign in and type my reply all over again. Or hit sign out by mistake and have to sign in again.
Handy though, I must admit IF you remember to use it

I rarely post on my phone, although I have noticed that when I do.
