Hi guys
Just tried to sign-in with usual info but would not accept password so had to reset it.
Then accepted new one and told me to use that in future - all that on My02 before accessing forum
Anyone else had the same problem?

I have your link on my laptop - straight to Community - thank you.
But same issue with sign in on that too. Only way in was to reset password.

Honestly @Mi-Amigo that really is ridiculous. I hope one of our managers can sort it out for you. For a start you're going to run out of passwords at this rate:

I hope you manage to log on this morning with no issues. Either way, it's something that our managers should be aware of.
If this was to happen to a new member, then I'm sure they would give up!

As you can see I have managed to get on but with added problem.
I used link as suggested, but log-in not saved. Box on right asked me to register or sign in.
Clicked sign in. Asked for username, typed in correct username - and threw up "not recognized" and asked me to resubmit, typed in same correct username, accepted, asked for password, rejected, had to create new, accepted, then showed blue "connect" button, clicked, reverted to "sign in boxes" for a few seconds, hovered over Community in drop down box and it let me in.
And here`s a question for the guru?
Instead of him banging on about me going to the store or phoning 0344 number at my expense and at detriment to my health, why did he not offer to get techy customer services to phone me today (Mon) as 02 have my mobile number (not 02) as contact number (I do not have a landline)?
But you know what? Despite being upset last night, not much sleep, I am not gonna let some geek beat me and I`m confident this will be resolved.
