Service has been down for 4 days now, please prvide a meaningful eta when the service will be back up and running.

I am also looking for some sort of pro-rata discount off liner rental for the 4 days and a gesture of goodwill as I have had to use othere peoples phones / landlineetc at cost to myself.

Yep, like it on 2 phones, and others in the office are having the same issue. Not a big issue for me though as I can use TuGo on the office wifi until it's resolved.

Its good that you have a facility such as Tugo to get you through in the interim

No Im a complete tech noobie - lol thanks for the reboot your phone option....OK signal lasted for about 30 mins lost again at 12:20. So its clear O2 are doing something or there is some kind of priority but nothing stable at the moment in CO6

The 'My Network' app is reporting they are aware of issues with the local mast and are investigating, so at the very least O2 are aware of it.

Exactly one of the reasons I stick with O2, they may have issues on occassion (thankfully not very often) but there is usually an alternative to get you through it! slight_smile

Hopefully Tugo will be released to payg and businesses customers soon.

Or perhaps the new calling over wifi will overtake it.

However I'm glad your finding a way.

TuGo sounds like a good option for future down time but on registration it tries to send a pin code as a text message lol. So no good at the moment

That is unfortunately one of the failings of the registration process 😞

Bofb - it might be worth mentioning when you suggest Tugo that it isnt available for Windows Phone users - just thinking some may spend an age trying to find the app to solve the increasingly poor o2 2g and 3g service.

13 months in and still no signal in my area.

Still down so that 4 and a half days now of no service, the odd 10 mins here and there and no meaningful updates from O2 just the same one repeated if I can customer services from another phone. Very disappointed
