Claiming FitBit charge

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

There's no other way then...we can only guess...like I mentioned before, a call to customer services , but Uk mail is closed until 7 am Tuesday...:(

It's been 3 weeks for me now since I ordered it, 2 since I got shipping notification. I've been checking my post daily but no card has been received to say that a delivery was attempted. Kind of relieved to see that it's not just me that who is affected.

Would it be a call to O2 or Ukmail that I'd need to make? Assume there's no use in me going into store about it.

Until you receive it, its O2's responsibility not UK mail...

Insist that customer service chase this up for you. It is their responsibility not yours.

Will keep on with customer service but they haven't helped during the last nine calls to them about this so I don't hold out much hope.  Will let you know how things develop.
