Claiming FitBit charge

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

Don't know if it has been mentioned before but there seems to be a lot of comments about the 14 days...

The reason for that is because that't the cooling off period, meaning you wont return the phone anymore so then the gift is sent.

Hi,

Thanks for replying.  This is the email I received on 9th April:

Order number: #3200000141

Following your recent claim we’re delighted to tell you that your order has now left our warehouse.

Thank you again,
GWP 02 Fitbit Offers Store

I have rang 202 nine times and they just wont/cant help.  They say they'll get in touch with the courier/investigate further and phone back but they never do.

Just don't know what to do.

Cheers.

Chris

Unfortunately all you can do is keep on to o2 cs.
It is o2's responsibility to resolve this, not yours.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

not good enough, is it? There is an order number and everything so it's traceable ! They can call the courier with u on the line, so there wont be a call back or just ask for a Manager. It's not to busy today 202, about 6/7 minutes waiting time... Just don't know if the couriers will be opened....:( not all of the are... Has anybody told you what courier was used?

Hi,

Will keep trying with 'customer service'Crazy but I can see this just going on and on until 8 weeks are up and I pass it to the ombudsman.  CS informed me that the courier is UK Mail.  As has been said though, it's o2 responsibility to get this sorted but I appears I'm the one doing the running around.  This is the first time on 10 years that I've had any problems with o2 which makes it all the more disappointing.

Arghhh!!!

I've been waiting a lot more than 14 days!  I redeemed the Fitbit on 31st March and was told by email it would be with me within 14 days from then.

But it's been lost, O2 have the responsibility of making it "un-lost" not you.
Keep on at the cs as advised and quoting your order number tell them to find out where your order is.
It will get resolved in the end as it can't not, your order has not arrived so must be sorted by law.

@Anonymous when you try that order number with your post code on  https://www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery?ctl00%24Content%24C001%24LO_01_txtConsignmentNo=3200000141  what status does it give you, if you don't mind me asking ?

Hi,

I've given that a try and the status comes back as no results found.
