Claiming FitBit charge

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

yes this is a joke i spent £850 on a samsung s6 then the web site they give dont work to claim your fitbit after you get there  in the end it says you have to wait 14days ,omg 02 sort it out

But did you manage to complete the order...and now have to wait 14 days to get the Fitbit? If so well done for managing to complete it. Others have just been looped back to the website before they got as far as you....

I'm waiting for 10 days to recive my fitbit and nothing.

Got my S6 on the 12th, Completed the online form that day, had an email yesterday saying the fitbit had been despatched, Simples.
