Claiming FitBit charge

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

Got my S6 on the 13th and in the same day completed the online form but no email.

I got an email confirming they had received the order and it would be sent within 14 days and then another to confirm it had been despatched.
