I'm looking for a cheap deal for an unlocked phone for very elderly relatives and stumbled on this site which may be of use to other people.....it's a ittle out of date but when you click on the relevant network provider link you can check current prices.

As they'll use the phone very little and they don't like spending money, I'm thinking of the "Talk Home Your Rates" tariff on Orange/EE.......anybody heard of it/recommend it ??
