My phone is registered to my ex, she had all the families phones on her name. I now want my phone, contracted to O2, which I pay my ex every month to pay my bill, transferred to me, with my bank set up for direct debits to pay my own monthly bill

@Taff120966

You need to apply for your own contract and assuming you pass the credit checks, you can transfer the number of your current contract to the new one.

This will end the current contract immediately and generate a final bill, so you need to do this when the contract has reached it's minimum term to avoid cancellation fees.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
